Delivery / Returns

We are offering you a special price of $98 on the delivery of your new furniture.

We like to help keep freight costs to a minimum for you, and to qualify for this special offer, the following applies:

-          This freight service is a furniture line haul operation,

-         Applies to all city and provincial deliveries. Any rural deliveries may incur additional charges (P.O.A.).

-          You will need to arrange antiquate personal to help the driver unload at time of delivery (he will be on his own).

-          Delivery needs to be done during normal business hours, 7am – 5pm. Deliveries out side of these hours are POA.

-          Does not allow for any assembly time, or packaging removal should there be any.

-          Does not apply to Rural address deliveries unless consented to in writing by W/W staff prior to sale confirmation.

-          A 10% restocking surcharge applies on any returns.

VERY IMPORTANT!-When you receive the furniture, please check it all to ensure it is not damaged before signing the delivery receipt.

It is recommended you do this while the carrier is still present if possible.

If, in the unlikely event there is damage, please call us immediately to discuss the options we have available, we will work with you to get it right!!!

Should you live at a rural address, want delivery out side the hours stated above, or cant help with unloading, thats OK.

Give us a call, and we will work out the best option to work around you, and a price for the delivery of your new furniture to your door.

 

How is delivery organised?

Woodwrights uses Arnotts Inter Island Carriers for all our nationwide deliveries, and we can deliver to virtually any town in New Zealand.  Our furniture is well packed and the tops are wrapped in toughwrap for extra protection.  You will be notified of the expected despatch date at the time of order confirmation.  Once the furniture has been despatched, we will email you the expected delivery date and the carriers docket number.  You will be contacted by the driver to arrange a delivery time that works for both parties.
